Who we are.

Most people don't know what a freight forwarder is, yet global trade grinds to a halt without them. We're a close-knit team of ex-Palantir, Raft, Improbable, Faculty, Sedna, McKinsey people who want to crack one of the most interesting problems in the world: making agent harnesses do real work in a tough physical domain.

Our AI agents do commercial work like quotes, bookings and tenders for complex shipments all around the world. We're live and scaling fast with customers from $20bn+ public companies to 50-person operations and raised $8.5m since founding last year (just announced our $6m Seed).

We work together from our London office 4 days a week, with remote Wednesdays. If this sounds like something you want to be part of, let's chat.

How we work.

Extreme ownership. Problems are yours end to end. If you see something broken or missing, you have the freedom and the responsibility to fix it.
High pace. Fast cycles and rapid iteration. Debate rigorously, decide quickly, and execute relentlessly.
Customers in the room. We build with forwarders on their live lanes and real documents. Product decisions come from that contact.
Learning velocity. Curious, adaptable, and quick to pick things up. Hard problems require grit, and we embrace them.
Open and direct. We win as a team. We communicate openly, directly, and with intent.

Founding Engineer

We're a small, high-autonomy team building an event-driven Python and TS harness. You'll be a great fit if you've shipped AI systems that run in production, own problems end to end, and want to build with founders and customers on live freight operations.
